The Vid Monster vision is to redefine the consumer's experience, one city at a time, through effective creative content and promotional solutions, and to capture and share the special moments that happen within our community.

In 2008, I figured out that my Kodak Easyshare was capable of shooting high-res video (Kidding... It shot 640x480). My friends and I put together a 15-minute short movie that was absolutely horrendous, but I was hooked. By 2010, I wanted to be YouTube famous. My friends and I came up with the name Vid Monster Productions and began shooting silly videos for the Internet. We overachieved in class projects. Colton Smith joined and pushed us to do more photography and to increase our production value. We did a multicam coverage event for a friend's benefit concert, shot serious films, and continued to pursue comedy. This continued until 2014, when client work became more appealing.
We discovered we can carry film/documentary storytelling techniques into different segments of the video markets. It translates to events, weddings, and even commercials. Through my studies at WKU, I grew in my abilities as a video editor. I learned compositing, becoming proficient in After Effects and 2D Animation. I taught myself graphic design and made a very important contact. Will Berry saw value in Vid Monster and our mission and is now my business partner. Through his aid, we have moved into a commercial office space and are pursuing client work I never could have imagined myself doing right out of college.
I love what I do. I love to chase the light. This is Vid Monster.
