What do we do with unused or old footage??
All footage, even what was not used, is kept on our private server for approximately 2 years. It is purged after that time. You may come back at any point during that period to request edits and/or new videos from the old footage for the cost of just editing at an hourly rate. Raw footage can be purchased for $150 and includes a hard drive.

Some of these are optional (Talent/Extras, costumes, etc.) but most are consistent with almost every shoot (releases, planning, scheduling, etc.). We can always expand or condense your production plan to assist in saving on your budget, or enhancing specific details to give your production plan a serious upgrade! We have our own Talent/Extra Application Portal, we have hair/makeup/costume artists on contract whenever needed, and if a shoot requires a specific setup or piece of equipment we can easily make it happen for you.
Forms and Releases are often the one area that some clients don't understand why we have to do or why we need to plan early for your production.
For example, if you want to shoot a scene on a public road in town, we have to apply with the city to get approval, as well as, potentially wait up to 30 days to receive a film permit or a road closure permission. There may also be many other factors in that decision that could make it easier or harder for us to quickly plan your shoot, and we always want to ensure we are compliant with releases and permits, whenever possible.
Proper advance planning is key to making special requests happen!
Practically nothing is impossible for us to make happen for you, it just takes a lot of advance communication and planning sometimes.
Feel free to check out our FAQ page, we're always adding more details there!
